This building management company is completely unhelpful and awful. They never answer emails and have been increasing service charges for the past two years due to poor maintenance and faulty contractors. They communicate poorly with leaseholders, sending new bills and demanding payments, but hardly ever answering emails. Worst management agency I have ever encountered. No communication, issues or faults with the apartment complex they ‘manage’ do not get fixed. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. Unpleasant experience dealing with this agency and they are very unprofessional. Stay away from them.

Don't believe the fake reviews. These lot are straight up crooks. Run a mile if a property your interested in is managed by them. Their only interest is lining their own pockets.
