Don't believe the fake reviews. These lot are straight up crooks. Run a mile if a property your interested in is managed by them. Their only interest is lining their own pockets.

Changing my review from 5 stars to absolutely hopeless, I was asked to post a review for the internal rating of the person in charge of our building but after experiencing their services for 12 months, they are absolutely hopeless, we are a small block of flats (14) and even this seems to be too complicated for them: constant delays in dealing with matters, errors, mistakes, lack of considerations, simple tasks take a month, no follow up,... probably even worth than L&Q (anyone who knows the latter will picture how bad this is)

This company has caused nothing but aggro with service charges. Complaints are ignored, they make false statements about works being carried out and already been in a 12 month dispute about fraudulent charges on service charge notices for services that never happens. They now just gaslight me trying to say I am “unkind” to them… unfortunately it is me getting all the grief due to their endless mistakes and stubbornness to acknowledge or fix issues.

Ringley's account of Right to manage at Chelsea Bridge Wharf (on their website) was factually inaccurate on several accounts and misleading. It does not seem they have done any basic research or fact checking. I invite them to get in touch if they want to have a more balanced and accurate account of events here which include many instances of misinformation to residents about RTM, bullying, alleged criminal behaviour and highly manipulated elections. Ringley's have responded to my review and state that all material they used was from previously published sources. That may well be the case but I'm afraid that just because something is published does not make it so. Ringley's have also quite deliberately ignored material which I (a leaseholder of 20 years at CBW, heavily involved in RTM process) have published and which can easily be found by googling 'Chelsea Bridge Wharf'. I will follow up on the discussion they have offered and appreciate their response.

Butterfly court : main door window broken for almost 3months no updates at all . Called email to Ella few times. Always said will call us back , never ever ! Bells broken for long time again no one come to fixed it or exchange it. Bin room roof leaking rat all the problems for long time. What’s kind of service and ignorance!!!! Even property agent knows that Ringsly did not do any work for this property. I hope the landlord of this building can see what is going on, some one can really sort out all the problems.

Good Afternoon, I am sorry to hear the delay on the current situation. The Property Manager has been dealing with the contractor in regards to the front entrance door, initially there was a delay in transport for the glass to be delivered. We were informed that this was scheduled to be replaced a few weeks ago. We were notified at the start of the week that this work was not actually completed, by a resident. I have since spoken to the contractor and am waiting for an update for the repair to be completed. In regards to the entrance intercom. I have not received any reports of faults of this, please can you confirm your property number so that we can organise for a contractor to attend. We currently have an ongoing maintenance contractor for the pests, there has not been an increase of issue reported. However this has now been escalated with our contractor to investigate further. I have also contacted a contractor in regards to the bin room in order to have the roof repaired.

Utterly unresponsive to residents or tenants needs and appear to chose themselves what and how to manage. Senior management are uncontactable and aloof. Transparency is nil. Customer Service is rude and ineffective. Generally perceived as poor performing and not good value

The most useless management company. they used to manage my flat and were dishonest and useless. I now sold my flat one year ago and they keep sending me ground rent request. Avoid at all cost!!!

Disgusting organisation! Mr. Dominic Chan is ignoring my emails. The building they manage was badly damaged in a fire. Despite writing him multiple times to collect few things he never bothered to reply. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed!
