A very friendly and professional service, from all the staff especially from Rachel in the lettings dept. An excellent estate agent who always try to put their clients first. Would highly recommend
The team at Mackay are the best. They are always there to sort out any queries and ensue that the tenants and the landlords are kept up to date with things at all times. If only all agents were the same. I would not use any other agent for managing my properties. Peter Morris

Been renting with Mackay for just over 2 years now and cannot fault them one bit. Rachel and Gill are always happy to help you from start to finish and continue to help even after tenancy is in full swing.
Excellent customer service from start to finish, quickly responding to all communications. A pleasure to deal with.
We have used Mackays for a number of years. and have always been happy with their efforts. They have always made us feel special customers. At present they manage a flat let for us very professionally, Rachel is always on the ball.
Very happy to recommend Mackay Property. I have used them for selling, buying and letting so speak from experience over ten years! Currently I'm letting through them while I live overseas and Rachel, the lettings manager, is very professional, particularly at the moment when we are dealing with some tenant issues!
