Disgraceful company, hide behind parking management firm who are fining a disabled tenant of theirs £100 a day for parking in a disabled visitor bay of which there are 8 because the space she is allocated with her property does not allow her the space to get in and out of her vehicle. This company or more-so its directors will not make the necessary adjustments under the equality act to allow this wheelchair user to park in a space that she can get in and out of. Disgraceful people with no Empathy!

I have recently purchased a flat in a house managed by Ringleys. They have proved incapable of solving a drainage problem. Other leaseholders have confirmed that they are inactive apart from levying their management fee - for which they provide precious little management. Avoid.

I’ve been a tenant in one of the flats managed by Ringley for a while now. All I can say is STAY AWAY. This company is just horrendous. Don’t be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. Take note of how many 1 star reviews they have. It’s a bit suspicious isn’t it?

Dismal and extremely bad customer service. I was constantly chasing them as their promise to call me back never materialised. I would not recommend using them to manage any rental property. Avoid at all costs. Horrible horrible Company.

I own a flat in central London and Ringley are meant to be managing the block. I had an issue with water leakage/penetration from the exterior and have been chasing them for over 6 months now and I've been passed from one person to another without and action or responses. I've tried to contact people at all levels including the MD and no one cares to respond. Don't let the website and marketing fool you - this is a very poorly run company that really does NOT CARE about clients or service. The only thing they are good at is charging you and demanding their payments.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Like many other homeowners/leaseholders, I have had nothing but terrible and unprofessional service from Ringley all whilst they continue to increase their service charge prices. If I were to buy a property and saw Ringley as the property management company, I would consider not buying it at all. Their staff have no interest or knowledge of the properties they are managing or their own management policies. I’ve been attempting to get the same issues addressed for years with no success. They are utterly useless and the worst company I have ever dealt with.
