Fantastic Service, if you are looking to rent a property I would highly recommend using Mackay properties

I used Mackay Property to both sell the family home and to rent another property. Mackay sold the house in 5 days. I was well looked after during the sale - every little detail was communicated professionally and in good time. Whilst …

We have been using Mackay to manage our rental property since we purchased it through their office three years ago and have been very happy with the service provided. The fee we pay is fantastic value for the peace of mind provided by having such a professional team look after our property and tenants. Knowing that the ever-changing rules and regulations are being addressed is very reassuring to me. Rent is usually paid to our bank account promptly and any issues with the property have been dealt with in a timely manner. Earlier this year our tenants gave notice, we wanted to use this as an opportunity to carry out some maintenance and update the property. The team at Mackay were so helpful giving advice on what would benefit the property most. They were able to recommend a tradesman and liaised with him to get the work completed whilst finding us new tenants. The property was only vacant for about three weeks as our lovely new tenants moved in as soon as the work was completed. I would be happy to recommend Mackay to other landlords.

Adam and his team delivered exceptional service selling our property under challenging circumstances. Their commitment, knowledge and professionalism shone through and we felt very satisfied with the service received. If you are seeking a reliable and efficient estate agent, they are the best in the local area. Highly recommend.

Thank you to everyone at Mackay for selling our house and making the process so easy. Always there to help or give advice, very punctual and professional at all times. Would definitely use them again!!! Really recommend Adam and his team!!!

Extremely happy with Mackay. I've been with this agency for more than 2 years now and they are very helpful and very approachable. Rachel and Gill from lettings are brilliant, always helping when needed, always in a nicest way.

Great property agency. Very efficient service. Special thanks to Rachel who is always courteous and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to Mackay.

We met Adam from Mackay Property when viewing a house that we later decided wasn't quite right for us. We explained what we were looking for and Adam said he knew of a house (not yet on the market) that would be perfect for us. Adam sent us through all the details while we were on our honeymoon and not only arranged for us to be the first people to view the house when we got back but also accommodated our request to see it *again* later on the same day! Their knowledge of the local market and understanding their clients needs is excellent. 5 years later and we are very happy in our home. Mackay Property also sold our old home and they were extremely good at marketing it, managing the offers process, the chain and keeping us updated throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mackay Property to anyone looking for an estate agent with excellent knowledge of the local market.
