Do not go with credential - appalling customer service. They charged us on leaving to reclean a bathroom that had already been professionally cleaned and held us responsible for things out of our control. (After we had handed our keys back, a pair of socks blew into our garden from the neighbours line, and we were charged for their removal.) They use every tiny excuse to pull money out of you, and there is no cooperation. I am very disappointed with such a lack of care, and complete lack of kindness. You will regret your decision if you go with them.

Dear Katia, I have now investigated this matter and note that you were a tenant in a property managed by ourselves. The checkout inspection is based on fact and contained evidence that you had not left the property in the same condition as noted in the inventory when you moved in to the property. Furthermore I note that you did not dispute the amounts that had to deducted and were in agreement with ourselves that the property had not been cleaned to a professional standard. You had requested for the property to be professionally cleaned before you moved in and I have looked at your receipt which confirms you paid £40 for a professional cleaner upon moving out. This is not in line with industry prices for the cleaning of a three bedroom property and might explain why the professional cleaning was not of a professional standard. I received a shockingly rude and poor service when I left my property a few months ago - I had agreed with them a leave date months in advance which they then said couldn't be completed in a couple of weeks leading up to my exit date, and forced me to pay another month's rent as a result of their error, leaving me out of pocket as had to pay two rent payments in one month. They do have amazing properties and helpful landlords on their books, but in my opinion could have been much, much more helpful and considerate to me, who at this time had been a long serving tenant and customer of Credential. Really poor way to treat a customer

Was polite enough to call and say i was running 5 min late but once rescheduled nobody showed up or showed the same courtesy. I thought it would be in their best interest to get a customer ( from the reviews i read i guess i was saved from the process of dealing with such an unprofessional agency. Thanks !!

Absolutely awful customer service- so slow to respond to any issues. Sometimes takes weeks. Additionally, they take every opportunity to unfairly squeeze money out of you. Don't go with these guys, you'll regret it.

This agency should close down as their service is very unprofessional and poorly managed by Mr. Olivier Cargill.

Dear Alex, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service provided by our property management service. As you are aware both yourself and the other tenant in your property were found to be subletting your property to third parties which is in breach of your tenancy agreement. The worst customer service I have ever received from the accountant Muralie. No help at all. Rented from credentials for three years and after leaving this man caused unmerited amounts of stress.
