Honest and helpful. Seasoned in understanding the local area and market rate for rental properties. A rare find in London where tenants are at the mercy of landlords who appear to view a reliable good tenant as dispensible and a doddle to replace and hike up the rent 25% each year.

Grace has been amazing in the handover to new tenants as my tenancy is coming to an end. She’s been very quick to get things sorted and made the handover so smooth!
