Dear Katia, I have now investigated this matter and note that you were a tenant in a property managed by ourselves. The checkout inspection is based on fact and contained evidence that you had not left the property in the same condition as noted in the inventory when you moved in to the property. Furthermore I note that you did not dispute the amounts that had to deducted and were in agreement with ourselves that the property had not been cleaned to a professional standard. You had requested for the property to be professionally cleaned before you moved in and I have looked at your receipt which confirms you paid £40 for a professional cleaner upon moving out. This is not in line with industry prices for the cleaning of a three bedroom property and might explain why the professional cleaning was not of a professional standard.
