George was helpful in my process looking for a place to rent. Although wasn't able to find anything initially, he kept me in the loop with any new properties that came out by calling me or emailing me (which some agents forget about you). I’d like to express our thanks to John and Tom for all their help in getting our flat let out. They quickly got tradesmen in to do painting, carpet fitting and some electrical and plumbing repairs, ready for a new tenant. The whole process has been very speedy, Tom in particular has always been good at keeping us informed of the progress with the tenancy.

I am impressed with George Barnes customer service. He constantly sent me different options to see if it meets my requirements. Kudos for the resilience!

Thank you Streets Ahead for helping me find the right place to move into during these troubled times. Love the way you guys have adapted to the covid era by allowing online viewing and by making sure the videos cover most of the details customers look for when they visit in person. A bit disappointed with the support during the move in day, But that is probably because of the confusion I had on what responsibilities are taken up by landlord and the letting agents. Special praises for George and Emma who were my POCs from Streets Ahead for the quick response time and the cheerful attitude. Stay awesome!!!
