This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with an estate agent. We were told just one day before moving in that the landlord had pulled out. For two weeks before that we were ignored, despite constantly chasing for updates. Completely unprofessional and careless with people’s lives. On top of that, the agent asked us into leaving a fake 5-star review in advance, for the agent to get a free holiday or whatsoever. That alone says everything you need to know about how this company operates — dishonest and manipulative. They wasted our time, left us in a horrible situation, and showed zero accountability.
