Streets Ahead Croydon

Gareth has been really helpful in finding us a property. Good customer service. Thank you.

George from Streets Ahead was a massive help to us in our move. We had quite a short timescale and he really rose to the challenge. Excellent service, couldn't recommend him or Streets ahead more.

Good experience of finding a flat to rent through Streets Ahead. We dealt with George Barnes, Emma McKenzie, Kunal Patel (and Stefanie from a different branch of Streets Ahead). All worked hard to get us moved in on a tight timescale. Thank you!

We have just exchanged on our property, a process that took longer than any of us expected. Marina has been honest & open throughout the process. She was the person who I spoke with initially when obtaining quotes from various …

Although we didn't end up buying with Streets Ahead, they were one of the best Estate Agents we dealt with, proactive in getting in touch about new properties without trying to pressure us into using their additional (mortgage services). Particular thanks to Eve.

Saphire King-Harris was of great assistance during my sale process. She communicated with both sides solicitors and assisted in pushing matters forward.

Really helpful staff member Jennifer Vergerson assisted me in my search for a property to buy this year. I was especially impressed with attention to detail to meet my requirements and price band. highly recommended agent & agency TR

Sapphire King-Harris did a great job in progressing the sale of our house once an offer had been accepted and made sure solicitors on our sale and our purchase were acting with sufficient haste, but I can't give five stars to Streets Ahead because not everybody in the office is as responsive in returning calls as they should be. .

Our home use purchase was fraught with delays unrelated to Streets Ahead. Having the unfortunate task of being the liaison between multiple parties we occasionally projected this frustration onto our contact Saphire who very calmly and swiftly tackled all our needs. I am sure that without her assistance it would have been a considerably longer and more stressful. Thank you

I bought a flat in late 2015. Sapphire and the team were proactive and kept the buying process on track when any issues came up. I am very happy with the flat and would recommend the streets ahead team to any interested buyers or sellers.
