Avoid them, lack of professionalism. Not recommended neither for tenants or landlords. They do viewings with hundreds of people booked for the same time. Also I paid deposit and had moving date, so i collected the key, went to to the flat and the landlord was still there doing some works nothing prepared or cleaned (like they say professional cleaning). Bunch of liars and money hungry people. Of course to get my deposit back I had to sent many emails and calls with 2 + weeks of waiting. This company shouldn't exist.

Never ever go with Street Ahead.They provided me a tenancy with fully unprofessional way.Before the payment they said everything will be clean and taken care of. Now the situation is terrible as no one is picking up the phone.And they handed me over a dirty property with nither boiler nor room heater working.

I viewed a property that I was completely happy with, I discussed with the George that I would like to put a holding deposit down on the property. I filled out the form as instructed and stepped outside to transfer the holding deposit like discussed, as he still had to conduct the viewing after me. He then proceeded to take a second holding deposit from the women that viewed it, and she ended up getting the property, despite me having put a holding deposit on the property first. I then had to contact them multiple times to get my holding deposit refunded back to me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Don't waste your time! You continously chase then when you finally get a response dare you ask any further questions because before you know it they give the flat to someone else, even if you were clearly one of the first to enquire lol! Great customer retention guys!! You are told in that time the landlord is not responding but funny that because the next reply is, its gone!! Georges response time is awful and overall very unhelpful from start to finish! It seems this is a pattern per reviews!!! Oh and to finish, the property is still on the market a week and half later! I guess the property being occupied was another lie guys and you make your decision based on emails comms!

I would not recommend Streets Ahead to anyone. We paid a holding deposit for a house in Croydon through Rayaan and he gave the house to someone else and kept lying to us that the owner is out of town and the that the tenants have not found a place yet. This went on for about a month. We kept calling the office but they always say he's not there and he will call us back but he never did. So a couple of days before the move in date we went over to the new house to see if the tenants are still occupying the house only to find the house empty. We then went to Streets Ahead to confront Rayaan and he started lying to us until we told him he should not bother because we have visited the house and found it vacant. Was he trying to scam us?? They eventually paid us back the holding deposit but we were very disappointed to lose the house.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

My late father passed away in 2021 and they have yet to refund or give back the holding deposit very bad!.

They let me without a place to sleep and with a huge financial damage Cameron Alexander from StreetsAhead has been 3/4 weeks promising a house. He gave me a contract, took full deposit and 1st rent. They helped me to move the utilities accounts to my name and everything. I bought furniture to an entire house. At the moment to enter the house, they realised that the landlord was not aware of any of this. They let me on the street, with a house of furniture, without a place to sleep and said "it is not my problem". I am looking for legal advise on this.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
