Worst property management ever As a tenant I reported the shower hose having a problem on the 24th April 2024. The water flow was weaker then a bartender pulling my beer from a tap. They sent someone to check it the next day and saying need a new tap sth like that. Up to today, 14th May 2024, still no updates. I haven’t had a decent shower for 3 weeks.

Don't waste your time! You continously chase then when you finally get a response dare you ask any further questions because before you know it they give the flat to someone else, even if you were clearly one of the first to enquire lol! Great customer retention guys!! You are told in that time the landlord is not responding but funny that because the next reply is, its gone!! Georges response time is awful and overall very unhelpful from start to finish! It seems this is a pattern per reviews!!! Oh and to finish, the property is still on the market a week and half later! I guess the property being occupied was another lie guys and you make your decision based on emails comms!

If there was a zero review I would have gone for that. The experience from start till now has been filled with lies and deceit. Katraielle Grant From Croydon lied to us and got us to pay to deposit by saying that the landlord has accepted our offer and then the next day emailing us to say that she tried calling us to say that the landlord cannot move out of property on agreed date. She didn't attend any of our calls or responded to our email. I am trying to get my deposit back. They're a scam. Stay away from all of these guys.

My first experience with streets ahead was good. I never had no complaints a lady called Stefanie helped me with my move, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. When ending my tenancy the staff in streets ahead was so rude, everyone I spoke to had an attitude, never smiled and was very unsupportive. Five stars to Stefanie but the rest of the staff half a star. Not happy at all with the way I’ve been dealt with.
