Bad service in Bracknell office. I contacted them for lettings and was frustrated by the whole process. They struggled to confirm basic details such as fee breakdowns and leasing t&cs! We found the team to be very immature by lying to cover themselves and decided not to let with them - would recommend other customers not to bother also.

Pure rubbish. Go to another agent. Trying to sell my house was hell with them. THEY Hardly contacted me. They tried to push you to agree a offer. I had at one stage one member of staff put the phone down as I was talking. Because I refused a offer .

Shocking bunch of Liars, totally mislead us about the availability of a property. cost us £1000's in hotel fees. left a family with a 6 month old homeless and were slow at giving us our money back.

Entered the property without permission to do a viewing. Police were notified of the illegal entry.

Very bad service in Bracknell office. I contacted them for lettings, agreed to let property, gave notice to leave at my current property. After few weeks later found out that things are not the same as was described by Prospect at time of viewing the property. Now cannot move to the new property and also have to move out of the old one. In bad situation due to their awful service. I will not recommend to others

Came banging on my front door asking me if they could help be in my search. Not once, buy twice!! even after having told them I am not buying in the area. If you want to encourage this sort of thing, hire them, if you don't want to perpetuate poor practice then steer clear of them.
