Grant came to my house to value the property, and his valuation was immediately much lower than I expected. I ultimately decided to instruct another estate agent, which is perfectly fine — I understand that not every agent will win every instruction. What I find unacceptable is the continued phone calls from Grant, particularly at very inconvenient times, trying to find out information about my selling activity. I have told him multiple times to stop calling me, yet the calls continue. I am now genuinely tired of these persistent and unwanted calls. Once a potential client has clearly asked you to stop contacting them, I would expect that request to be respected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Prospects.

I’m sorry that our follow-up calls caused frustration. Our valuation was based on the available market evidence which I now see you are marketing at the price we valued the home for, our subsequent contact was intended to offer assistance, particularly given our strong track record on the estate.
For clarity, our records show that yesterday was the first occasion on which you asked us not to contact you again regarding the property. This was immediately noted, and your request will of course be respected.
Therefore, I do not feel the review fairly reflects our communication or the service provided.
