I am sorry you feel that you have received bad service from our Lettings department. We are fully transparent with all of our fees, as these are published on our website and are readily available upon request. With regard to your request for a copy of our Tenancy Agreement, until you are fully proceeding with one of our rental properties it is not our standard procedure to send this out, however this was sent over to you. Unfortunately the landlord of the property that you registered initial interest in was not negotiable on the rent. I would be more than happy to discuss this further with you, as I have been through all correspondence between yourself and my team and have been unable to find evidence of you being lied to or mislead. The price a property sells for, is the highest that a buyer will pay for it and not always at the price that the owner wants to sell for.
