The letting management team at Prospect are terrible at best. Each time there is an issue (luckily it doesn't happen too often), it is mis-managed by them. They don't answer the phone or return voicemail. Go behind your back and don't keep you updated of any issues. To crown it all off, just received an email, to say they are going to increase the management fee. I quote "To continue delivering this high level of service, we are making a small but necessary adjustment to our management fee" What high level of service? I don't receive this as a Landlord
