Very very poor service, after a great start by Nathan last night sadly Mike was a no show today after a 35 minute wait I gave up. I have received no communication from anyone at all No phone call, no email no apology nothing at all. I was not the only person waiting this afternoon out in the rain, a young couple who had also booked a viewing were also left waiting. Sadly the young lady was disabled which made me even angrier.

The worst state agency Cleveleys. Avoid these people at all costs! Whether you are selling your property or you are renting your property. Avoiding Farrell Heyworth will save you a lot of money and depression. Because they will tell you what you want to hear to begin with but at the end. It will be all lies.

My Grandparents Who or nearly 80 the pair of them. Have not had no gas. You turn the oven on and it turns all the electric off and this has gone on since Friday and everyone is ignoring it and not sorting the problem out. But yet there was quick enough to take 6 month rents of them ASAP. And told that the property was absolutely fine and everything was in working order when there was a fire there that has not even been gassed checked and it had to be emergency capped of this morning. Wish I could give no Stars

I will not use this Estate Agent for any further sales. They worked more for the buyer than me the seller. One highlight was Anne Smart of the sales progression team, who was contactable, informative and helpful.

Poor ,obtuse and annoyingly smug.how these people manage to sell anything is beyond me..ive managed to view,in person not virtually, 6 properies with other good quality fylde coast agents in the last fortnite but these people are atrocious..wanting copies of my financial statements ,and we are cash buyers, before we can even VIEW a dwelling..im sure i want to spend 350k after watching a video no wonder the property has been up for 9months.. good look with that stance..NegativeProfessionalism

Customer service is extremely important to us and we always strive to operate with the safety of our customers at heart. I think it's valuable to outline what our procedures with regard to viewings are, and why we are continuing with these procedures when many agents seem to have returned to pre-Covid operating practices. Our process is as follows: All initial enquiries to view are provided with a virtual video tour which is received within minutes of the request. The virtual viewing is followed up and feedback obtained, this is extremely valuable to the owner of the property. If somebody wishes to then book a physical viewing we will ascertain if they are ready to proceed. A Mortgage agreement or financial qualification is then required to put the buyer in the best possible position to offer, along with acting solicitor details. The viewing can then be arranged. Unfortunately, we still receive many requests to view properties from individuals who have no intention of buying said property. To keep our staff and customers safe we have chosen to continue with a process that will allow us to limit the amount of people that physically view to just genuine buyers. I put my house up for sale with Farrell Heyworth after reading the reviews and I was satisfied with the initial contact and the e-brochure they produced and was lucky to sell the house very quickly. But after that I heard nothing from them in the months whilst I waited to move, they didn’t offer me any advise, in fact they just didn’t ring me with any updates at all, The day before I moved they rang and sounded very shocked to learn from my solicitor that contracts had been exchanged and I was moving the day after. On the flip side the house I was buying their estate agents (Entwistle Green) were amazing with me, giving me advise, and supporting me through the whole process. Farrell and heyworth are top end for price, which is fine but did not deliver the service and support that I signed up and paid for.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
