I have recently dealt with this the Cleveleys branch whilst looking for my first home and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They took on board my criteria and the properties they suggested for me to view ticked all my boxes, they just made the whole daunting process stress free! I was so excited to collect the keys to my new home and now the fun begins :) Thank you to all the staff, I cannot recommend you enough!!

Having recently sold a property through the Cleveleys branch I found all the staff to be professional and friendly. I was regularly kept up to date with the progress of the property sale and would highly recommend the service they provide.

I have recently registered with several agents to buy a property. Farrell Hayworth are the only agent who have called me regularly to inform me of new properties coming on the market. The manager Simon is extremely professional and is an expert in this field. I would highly recommend this company.

I have dealt with this agent numerous times when letting my properties, they are the most proactive lettings agent I have used and have never let me down. Adam is in constant contact with me keeping me updated and the whole team have always been friendly and approachable. They are aware of the type of tenant I want and always let my properties in a timely manner. Keep it up guys!!!
