Fantastic service from Sarah Mayson in the letting department. After being a property owner for over 10yrs and never had rental experience, Sarah and her team made the whole application simple and painless. I would recomend the Cleveleys team for anyone who is looking to rent, buy or sell as all staff have given 5* service. All viewings & enquiries was addressed on time everytime even at short notice. The whole process from Application to getting my keys was better than expected.

After may failed attempts & bad experiences with to put my property up for rental with other letting agents I went and visited Sarah Mayson at the Cleveleys office. They arranged pictures to be taken asap, they advised me on the current market position and within a short period they had secured a tenant. Came here to arrange my first flat rental and the service could not have been better. Euan bent over backwards to make the process easy and straight forward, and arranged a couple of viewings for me at short notice and times to suit me.
