The house went up, 72hrs later it was SSTC, this was in main, due to the skilful negotiations of Megan and exceptional communication. We managed two viewings and three offers in that space of time. That was enough in itself as we were delighted to secure our home at the right price. However, Megan went that extra mile by putting us in contact with approved local specialists, including: a surveyor, builder and gas and electrical engineers. This led on to meeting our architect who's drawn up the perfect plans to extend our home. In addition to this, we were guided through the outcome of the survey and were able to reach a satisfactory re-negotiation between ourselves and the vendor with seamless disruption to the sale. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed and there's no doubt that we'll be heading back to Megan when we've completed the renovation of the house and when (or if) we ever decide to move. This was a PLJ tenancy taken over early 2016. Louise W. has been excellent in recommending and guiding the termination of the tenancy and assisting with the clear up operation for the outgoing tenant. As a result I am hopeful of securing a new tenant shortly having carried out extensive property renovation still underway. . There are difficulties to be overcome regarding tenants liabilities for the damage caused during occupation and Louise will hopefully be able to further guide me on the way forward. to recover the sums due.

I have recently moved into rented accommodation managed by Andrew Grant and RUTH BUSBY has been very helpful and efficient in the short time I've dealt with her - she is friendly, approachable, thorough and very much on the ball in contacting the relevant people to get the issues looked at / sorted. This truly is immensely appreciated - not only does it provide peace of mind, it also saves me a lot of time / effort not having to keep following-up - I know things are in hand. As a tenant over the past two years, I have dealt with Leanne (and Karen who is also excellent) a number of times regarding any issues. I always receive a quick and professional response. If there are any maintenance issues, Leanne soon arranges for these to be resolved without the need to keep chasing up. She delivers a professional but friendly service.
