Excellent Service from Megan!
I tried to sell my flat but was not successful due to market conditions in that price range, after many viewings and consistent feedback from Megan I decided to rent the flat out. Within a month my tenants have moved in, thank you - nice to have it occupied again. Megan was always cheerful, helpful and provided me with feedback throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend the team in lettings, sales and property management in Worcester to all of my friends. Thank you all!

Quick Response, Professional, friendly, understanding.
This agent was extremely helpful after a short period of time the agent was able to sort my issue out keeping me fully informed of every step. I found her very polite and extremely professional she also managed to put my mind at ease. Great telephone manner.

Support with all aspects of Letting my property
Andrew Grant and their team really do look after you when you commit to using them as your selling agent or letting agent. I can't fault their professionalism and customer care. I would like to make special mention of Louise Winnall who has handled my letting for me with so much care and attention that it has made me feel so loyal to Andrew Grant. We have been supported by Natalie Eaton from the Andrew Grant Branch in Redditch. A highly professional person who carries out the role with the utmost professionalism. She keeps us regularly updated with regards our tenant and is always willing to meet to discuss any issues or concerns we have. Thankfully we have not had any issues or concerns. Extremely professional and courteous

Excellent customer service
I would highly recommend using Andrew Grant if you get an agent like Chloe working on your behalf. Chloe has been great and has made renewing our tenancy stress free. Throughout the tenancy Chloe has been on hand should we have any questions and has been quick and supportive with all her responses. Chloe has kept us informed and has been a pleasure to deal with. Great service all round.

100% Efficient
Chloe is very good at keeping us up to date with all aspects of our tenants/lettings etc. She anticipates situations before they arrive and acts accordingly but always checks in with us first. Chloe is a pleasure to deal with and always so helpful.
