Natalie Eaton

Natalie has been excellent at managing my property for me. She is very professional and approachable. If ever I need her advice, she is only a phone call away and quickly deals with any issue efficiently and quickly. I always know that I can rely on her and have absolute confidence in her abilities. First Class

When i first learnt that my house affairs in Malvern was being transferred to another Letting Agent i was a bit concerned about it but since meeting Louise at the office in Malvern and seeing how she keeps in touch with me by emails and taking photos of my house and keeping me well informed of anything that the tenants have cause to complain about,I am more than pleased and satisfied over everything that has happened since the take over. I can't ask for more.

Always ready to help

I have been renting through Andrew Grants for 6 months now, and Natalie Eaton has been my first port of call for any issues I have had with my flat. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally, I know I can rely on Natalie to resolve things for me.

Fast service and friendly staff - Hereford branch

Needing a rental just weeks before Christmas, I found one with Andrew Grant, told them of my situation and they were straight on it, arranging viewings around my visits to the area, then getting reference checks and details done as quickly as possible, and it all went as smoothly as could be. I was in the door in no time at all, and throughout the entire process, the staff were informative, friendly and polite, a great experience.

Outstanding performance always

Chloe has such an incredible commitment to managing my property and solving any problem that arises, working extremely hard on my behalf. Whatever issue has arisen regarding the management of my property, Chloe has immediately informed me and implemented the strategies to solve it, for which I am so very grateful. Chloe always sounds very positive and is extremely conscientious. Most important to me, Chloe always keeps me informed about everything that is going on regarding the apartment, without me having to keep ringing the office. One really endearing quality about Chloe is that she is so modest about her achievements, responding to praise with comments such as: 'as a fully managed landlord you are paying the company for me to manage the property in full and I can only hope you are pleased with my service and efforts'. I am certain it is not just me who benefits from Chloe's conscientious efforts and kindness, but that all of her clients receive just the same commitment and we are all very fortunate to have her looking after our affairs.

Efficient professional and friendly

Megan took over half way through my sale, and she made such a difference... within a week I had viewings, offers of which one proceeded to exchange/completion. Always efficient and addresses issues as they arose quickly, but calmly leaving me feeling confident that he sale was in safe hands, Always friendly, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. Chloe Darcy

Easy to talk too, perfect manners and great communication. Responses are dealt with quickly and if I miss posting or have been delayed Chloe is patient and seeks solutions to remedy the situation. I feel at ease talking to Chloe and this doesn't happen often with agents of various companies.

Couldn't have asked for better service.

We had an issue at the flat we rent, and Louise was excellent. She listened, communicated quickly and effectively, and helped us sort everything with our landlord much faster than we expected.
