Persistence in providing great service

I am the landlord for 9 Dukes Way, Malvern. Louise Winnall has continuously been my advocate during numerous problems related to the house. In addition, she has provided options for handling issues such as a leaking potable water line and handled the negotiations with Severn Trent Water. We put this property to Andrew Grant primarily following us interviewing various agents in Malvern. Excellent service from Jo Cooper and colleagues

Coming from outside the area (100 miles away) , we decided to use Andrew Grants to sell my late sister in laws house mainly because of Jo. She made an immediate positive impression on first meeting which has been maintained throughout the process. She has been very helpful and supportive throughout particularly when the central heating in the house broke down when it was below freezing outside.and she organised access for reliable engineers to do the necessary repairs. We would thoroughly recommend them based on our experience.

Service well beyond sale of property

Andrew Grant managed the assessment of damages by my ex tenants after they vacated this property. They then not only sold my buy-to-let flat for the price originally predicted, but also sourced and managed the contractors required for the necessary redecorating and general repairs in advance of the sale, all for a very competitive level of commission. This was very helpful as I work away from the location during the week. Andrew Grant is also open on Saturday and Sunday which in my case was highly convenient. An excellent all round service by a professional and friendly team.

Rental and Sales experience has been excellent

We have had experience selling and renting through Andrew Grant. They have been very professional and helpful on both aspects. George Pickard on the sales front and Katie Chesterman on the rental front have both been excellent.

My view as a newcomer to Grants

I have recently chosen Grant as my managing agent because of my dis-satisfaction with the previous one. I was left with quite few problems to solve which I considered to be pre Grant and, therefore, my responsibility. I decided to talk to Jermaine, the person who would be my main contact. He was so kind and helpful. Jermaine is a credit to Grants and I hope he stays with you for many years to come.

Chloe has been great with everything i needed!

Whenever i had a question or an issue with the property i was renting with Andrew Grant (14 Squirell Drive, Worcester) i have always been able to rely on Chloe to deal with it straight away. Also her friendly attitude and manner on the phone makes ringing up with an issue alot easier! She has been great and i would like to say thanks alot to Chloe and everybody else at Abdrew Grant!!

Commending Chloe Darcy in Lettings

I am writing to commend Chloe Darcy. She has been dealing with No.8 The Sidings, Hagley for some time now and really is the best representative at Andrew Grant that I have dealt with over the years, and it is over ten years now! In fact, I have three other properties in Manchester, Leeds and Nottingham and none of the representatives of the management companies I have worked with, in relation to those properties, come anywhere close to meeting Chloe’s professionalism and conscientious attitude. Chloe sounds quite young but always sounds very positive and is extremely conscientious and enthusiastic about her input. Most important to me, Chloe always keeps me informed about everything that is going on regarding the apartment, without me having to keep ringing the office. I appreciate all her work on my behalf and long may she be my 'link'. I have commended Chloe before but continue to do so because she has such an incredible commitment to managing my property and solving any problem that arises, working extremely hard on my behalf. It has been particularly vital to me over the last few months as my mum (who is ninety-one years old and has dementia) has been very ill, with a month in hospital during June, then a move into a care home. This time was extremely traumatic for me, especially being the only child and the situation continued until April 9th. this year when she sadly passed away.. Throughout this traumatic time, Chloe has been incredibly sympathetic to my situation and has always managed to put my mind at rest, whatever issue has arisen regarding the management of my property, for which I am so very grateful. One really endearing quality about Chloe is that she is so modest about her achievements, responding to praise with comments such as: 'as a fully-managed landlord you are paying the company for me to manage the property in full and I can only hope you are pleased with my service and efforts'. I am certain that it is not just me who benefits from Chloe's conscientious efforts and kindness, but that all of her clients receive just the same commitment and we are all very fortunate to have her looking after our affairs. I look forward to meeting her at some point in the future to be able to thank her in person. Until then, I continue to pass on my most grateful thanks in writing. Cherryl Whittlestone

Ruth Busby

I came home after a long day at work to find the electrics in the kitchen had cut out. I rang though to Andrew Grant and spoke with Ruth Busby, I was extremely frustrated, she managed to take control of the situation quickly, she advised someone would be with us ASAP to locate the problem. After a long day, this is the kind of thing you don't need, especially in winter, but being able to speak to someone who understood my frustration, was a real comfort and I felt like I was dealt with really well.
