Very helpful in sorting out inherited problems with my rental propery

This was a PLJ tenancy taken over early 2016. Louise W. has been excellent in recommending and guiding the termination of the tenancy and assisting with the clear up operation for the outgoing tenant. As a result I am hopeful of securing a new tenant shortly having carried out extensive property renovation still underway. . There are difficulties to be overcome regarding tenants liabilities for the damage caused during occupation and Louise will hopefully be able to further guide me on the way forward. to recover the sums due.
