The house went up, 72hrs later it was SSTC, this was in main, due to the skilful negotiations of Megan and exceptional communication. We managed two viewings and three offers in that space of time. That was enough in itself as we were delighted to secure our home at the right price. However, Megan went that extra mile by putting us in contact with approved local specialists, including: a surveyor, builder and gas and electrical engineers. This led on to meeting our architect who's drawn up the perfect plans to extend our home. In addition to this, we were guided through the outcome of the survey and were able to reach a satisfactory re-negotiation between ourselves and the vendor with seamless disruption to the sale. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed and there's no doubt that we'll be heading back to Megan when we've completed the renovation of the house and when (or if) we ever decide to move.
