Fantastic service
We collected the keys this morning. We had an issue with the radiator in the master bedroom. I spoke to Natasza and within a couple of hours an engineer was with us and had found a solution to which Natasza called to confirm, it is a breath of fresh air to have a good agent after the previous company we were with. Jermaine has Ben my main point of contact with Andrew Grant. Throughout he has been good humoured and attentive. He has put up with a stream of calls from regarding tenants and their failings! He has sympathised with us regarding our difficult patches and laughs at my attempts at humour! All in all a star!

Louise Winnall and the grumpy landlord
After a bit of a tetchy start, mainly through a certain grumpiness on my part due to some of your admin procedures, However after a few years, I have been well and truly won round by Louise. I have nothing but praise for her - she is always polite, attentive and efficient. She has dealt with some difficult situations with nothing less than a desire to see that all parties are happy. It's now become a delight to deal with her - it really does feel as though she is on my side. whenever there is an issue to resolve.

Claire was punctual, professional and had an excellent knowledge of the property
Very courteous approach, fully briefed and asked good questions in regards to our tenancy. Claire also answered my questions clearly and helped with a couple of a queries I had. She’s a credit to the company.

Supportive and caring for elderly client
From the onset of my mother's house sale the staff at Andrew Grant Worcester were courteous, caring and professional. They all tried to make my mother's ordeal of the sale of her family home that she had resided in for 47 years as pleasant as possible. Always accompanying viewings so that my mother felt comfortable and safe. Communication was excellent. Staff were efficient, reliable and friendly . What else could you ask for! Thank you!

just as it should be
Excellent service. They know what they're doing. and they are very good at it. .All of the AG staff that we came across in the Worcester branch were highly professional and had the key skill - an ability to deal with people in a friendly but competent way which moved our sale on. When we rang, the phone was answered promptly and efficiently; when we left a message out of hours there was a quick response to our question; there were phone calls from our AG contact Tina to check with us when our purchasers remembered that they had to sort out a mortgage - after we had arranged a completion date with them. Good stuff all round; highly recommended.

The perfect agent

Efficient, cheerful and nurturing!
