I have recently moved into rented accommodation managed by Andrew Grant and RUTH BUSBY has been very helpful and efficient in the short time I've dealt with her - she is friendly, approachable, thorough and very much on the ball in contacting the relevant people to get the issues looked at / sorted. This truly is immensely appreciated - not only does it provide peace of mind, it also saves me a lot of time / effort not having to keep following-up - I know things are in hand.
