Excellent Service
I would like to nominate Leanne Fletcher for her exemplary service to me. Throughout my rental I have felt at all times she has dealt with me professionally but also as a friend and a valued tenant.. Recently she has had to liaise with other parties on our behalf. During this time she has kept me in constant touch with progress and offered me honest , knowledgeable and helpful advice. I have a chronic health condition and recently undergone major surgery, during which time Leanne has shown understanding and sensitivity with timing the Inspections for when I am feeling well enough. She is also very kind to my little dog ' Pixie '; she picked up on his shy nature very quickly and she is always very comforting and gentle with him. I would highly recommend Leanne; she has resulted in the rental process being a very positive experience for myself and my family.

Excellent service
As someone that has rented for quite a few years because of the nature of my job I've had many dealings with lettings agents. Most of these experiences have been horrendous. So having to move again, to a different city, filled me with anxiety with the prospect of dealing with yet another incompetent letting agents. Thankfully Megan & Louise at Andrew Grant has made the whole process easy and completely stress free. Both instantly put me at ease and all queries were taken care of straight away. Thank you for your efficiency and amazing customer service.

Excellent friendly service from Louise Winnall

Wonderful Leanne Fletcher
I have not met Leanne, but in the few years that she has been managing my two small properties, she has been unfailingly efficient, charming and helpful. Any query is answered and dealt with satisfactorily and immediately. She is an absolute star, and I have recommended her to friends.

Very friendly, quick response, efficient
For more than 2 years now, I have been living as a tenant at a property managed by Leanne and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied because in the last 2 years, she has been really quick to sort out any breakdowns or faults that have happened in the house. She always knows exactly who to call or what to do in the event of any problems. Because of this, I see myself living at this property for the foreseeable future. Thank you so much Leanne! You are excellent at what you do.

Friendly and efficient service made moving easy
I have had a really good experience of dealing with Leanne at Andrew Grant Worcester for my recent apartment move and with a few post move queries. I always get very prompt attention and I have found dealing with Leanne really easy as she is always so helpful and pleasant.
