Chloe Darcy follows things up.
Chloe is usually available for any queries and tries her best to be clear about matters raised and connect with other parties to reach a solution. Thanks to Chloe issues are raised and actions are taken as far as the agent can. I appreciate being kept informed as events unfold.

Excellent Service Provided for Landlords
We were new Landlords and going to be living abroad, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not worry as the service that has been provided by everyone in Andrew Grant's has been brilliant. Our minds were put at rest right from the very beginning when Rob from Hereford branch came to explain how renting our house out could be stress free. Hayley, Sue and Jamie from the same office were equally as helpful and efficient, never too busy to explain things to us. The property management department are now our main contact and again have gone over and above the call of duty to help us. Chloe is a delight to talk to and excellent at following up and dealing with any queries that we have. All in all we would highly recommend Andrew Grant to anyone needing a property management company. They are brilliant,

Review of Chloe Darcy
Chloe has been a trusted suppprt as we embarked on our first year as landlords. Most recently she has been able to give sensitive advice regarding a potentially tricky situation with outgoing tenants. Chloe answered my questions professionally and provided the right level of detail and guidance for us to be able to make good informed decisions about the way forward. She has always been prompt to respond to us and ensured that a colleague was fully briefed on a day she was unavailable. I throroughly recommend working with her.

Always helpful
It depends on which department you're speaking to, some are brilliant and some are awful, very happy with property management though, especially Chloe.

Helpful and efficient - Louise Winnall
Louise Winnall has been of great assistance to us in both managing an existing property but also taking over the management of another property in the vicinity that was formerly not managed. Louise was helpful throughout and provided advice on various matters when required.

Sale of my property

Total star!
Earlier this year my partner and I needed to leave our rented property at very short notice, following a sudden and serious illness in the family. We have been fortunate enough to liaise with Chloe, whose friendliness, professionalism and understanding has made what could have been a doubly stressful time far easier to bear for both of us, and we massively appreciate all her help in this process.
