They know what they're doing. and they are very good at it. .All of the AG staff that we came across in the Worcester branch were highly professional and had the key skill - an ability to deal with people in a friendly but competent way which moved our sale on. When we rang, the phone was answered promptly and efficiently; when we left a message out of hours there was a quick response to our question; there were phone calls from our AG contact Tina to check with us when our purchasers remembered that they had to sort out a mortgage - after we had arranged a completion date with them. Good stuff all round; highly recommended.
