Jermaine has Ben my main point of contact with Andrew Grant. Throughout he has been good humoured and attentive. He has put up with a stream of calls from regarding tenants and their failings! He has sympathised with us regarding our difficult patches and laughs at my attempts at humour! All in all a star!
