Not very good when letting properties. Dont do necessary checks before giving keys to new tenants then half of the appliances and heating don't work. Not helpful when it comes to repairs either. Not reliable!
Outrageously horrible customer service. Lack of administration of our rental, and lack of support for the tennant. This is the last in a long line of neglegence and issues with the agency. We moved and they wanted to collect the keys, so I went to meet them at the flat to handover - no show. So I leave. I get called a liar by Belvior who say that I wasn't there, even though I can track my location through apps and show that I was there for 15 minutes waiting for them to arrive, looking out of the window (i was mean to meet them at 12pm and I was there from 11:51-12:15 and there was no call from them saying they were late - also, this is the second time this kind of thing has happened). They ask us to bring the keys in, and are closed early and we cannot post them through the letter box. They then text (yes, TEXT) the lead tennant to say that they are going to continue to charge us rent until they get the keys back.The lead tennant then leaves work to go and drop them to Belvior offices. If I could give less than one star I would.
Belvoir have been consistently unprofessional, with a shoddy neglectful and very poor customer service experience with appalling communication. Their price plans are deceiving and totally non transparent. Overall, they have been the most unhelpful letting agent I’ve ever encountered. I would recommend that you avoid this company if you’re considering using them to manage your property as they add hidden charges, don’t carry out checks as they are supposed to, allow breaches to occur without any remit on themselves.
I think it's clear from all the prior reviews on this company that they give highly different service to their tenants than they do their landlords. As a tenant I've had nothing but issues with them - my first warning signs should have been when they kept loosing my paperwork during application. Now, several months and problems down the line? I'm still living with maintenance issues, have filed a formal complaint and sought legal advice. The customer service is terrible, the manager is never around to take calls, I've been sworn at, hung up on and told to 'stop making up lies' whilst trying to simply get the leak in my window fixed. Dont deal with them. They are a disaster. just look at the reviews on allagents! As if that wasn't enough, this building apparently didnt even have a fire safety certificate until AFTER they'd started moving people in - I remember the landlord connecting the fire alarm and putting the fire doors up over a month after I'd moved in!
As a tenant they rarely got any problems in the house I rented fixed, even dangerous electrical problems, i.e. sockets not unearthed or near water. Trying to get deposit back is unreal, they rarely answer the phone either. They definitely DON'T support the tenant.
This is the worst renting agency, They still owe me money and they cheated me upfront. I took a property on rent from Harveys agency, they did capture the images of the house and belvoir took that property later and they did not take the images that Harveys captured and took all my advance and when I ask they are asking me more money. Trust me these guys are not at all good and I will never suggest anybody with Belvoir.
