Please avoid by all means, they're the worst letting agents you could ever rent from or do business with. The customer service is the worst ever, very rude and would hung up phone on you in the middle of a conversation; they tell a lot of lies, even when you ask to speak to the manager, they would reply that the manager is in a meeting, and he will never call you back or return your call, everyone in the company don't have empathy for human, have never seen a mean set of people as them; regretted ever coming to rent from them. Their failure to repair defects in the property (one of which was water leak in the property) left us a debt of nearly £900 pounds as Severn trent had to take out the money from our bank account. The leak which was not caused by us, as it was already an existing problem prior to our moving into the house, has now left us a debt of £900; and up till today, not even an apology from them in regards to this issue. Contacted the company to discuss the matter, but they rudely replied to my email that I should sort it out with Severn trent.
