The service is very slow and communication is awful between customers and staff the website is constantly failing and documentation is not getting through due to these issues.
Staff are highly unproffessional and down right rude. Awful experience. They are currently trying to scam money from a family member. Avoid at all costs Dishonest
Rang up a couple of times to enquire about some houses, the person on the phone had a very horrible attitude and hung up the phone many times without letting me finish what i was saying. Not professional at all. Rude staff. Not recommend at all.
I rang up about a property to let on Friday afternoon and got booked in for the following Thursday at 5.30 gave all my details and then realised I had given the wrong mobile number by accident so rang back the following day to change my number and was told I wasn’t booked in for that time as they “don’t do late ones” I was booked in for Tuesday at 3pm which I would never of booked as I’m at work so went to cancel it as didn’t like the attitude of the staff member on the phone but then he hung up on me instead. So rude and very argumentative think I had a lucky escape!
Pretty poor experience with belvoir, we had been renting for 7 years from them and I don’t have any positives. The lack of communication is awful, unless they want something from you. On more than one occasion we have spoken to someone from the office who have said they would get back in touch regarding our enquiry, for us to have to keep chasing. Don’t expect any deposit back from them, they clearly don’t take proper inventory upon handing the house over. Aren’t clear on expectations regarding decorating and to top it off use the problems logged with them (that hadn’t been resolved) against us on departure.

Don’t do repairs, don’t return phone calls or respond to emails. Been waiting 4 months for repairs to be carried out.
Left with black mould they won't sort trying to end tenancy and they want me to sort black mould for other tenants they aren't arranging convenient appointments for new tenants as partner works nights and me days I'm heavily pregnant and they don't care I'm in tears as I right this
