The service is very slow and communication is awful between customers and staff the website is constantly failing and documentation is not getting through due to these issues.

Hello Tracey, We are sorry that you have found the need to give us a negative review. The property has been taken off the market for the agreed timeframe and you still had not returned all the paperwork to the referencing agency. The landlord agreed an extension and still the paperwork was outstanding. We did everything we agreed to, we did everything we could however the paperwork was taking too long to complete, the referencing company would not pass your application and without this we will not move forward.

Staff are highly unproffessional and down right rude. Awful experience. They are currently trying to scam money from a family member. Avoid at all costs Dishonest

Hello Lisa, It is unfortunate that you have taken the time to write this review, I can only presume you are not aware of all of the information. We have done everything we can to assist and help the tenant of the property, we are certainly not trying to take any money that would not be lawfully due. We of course cannot go into detail but providing the tenant consents we would be happy to speak with you and explain the situation. As an agency we have tried to help and your relative is actually in a better position financially then he would have been should we not tried to help. Rang up a couple of times to enquire about some houses, the person on the phone had a very horrible attitude and hung up the phone many times without letting me finish what i was saying. Not professional at all. Rude staff. Not recommend at all.

I rang up about a property to let on Friday afternoon and got booked in for the following Thursday at 5.30 gave all my details and then realised I had given the wrong mobile number by accident so rang back the following day to change my number and was told I wasn’t booked in for that time as they “don’t do late ones” I was booked in for Tuesday at 3pm which I would never of booked as I’m at work so went to cancel it as didn’t like the attitude of the staff member on the phone but then he hung up on me instead. So rude and very argumentative think I had a lucky escape!

Pretty poor experience with belvoir, we had been renting for 7 years from them and I don’t have any positives. The lack of communication is awful, unless they want something from you. On more than one occasion we have spoken to someone from the office who have said they would get back in touch regarding our enquiry, for us to have to keep chasing. Don’t expect any deposit back from them, they clearly don’t take proper inventory upon handing the house over. Aren’t clear on expectations regarding decorating and to top it off use the problems logged with them (that hadn’t been resolved) against us on departure.

Don’t do repairs, don’t return phone calls or respond to emails. Been waiting 4 months for repairs to be carried out.

Left with black mould they won't sort trying to end tenancy and they want me to sort black mould for other tenants they aren't arranging convenient appointments for new tenants as partner works nights and me days I'm heavily pregnant and they don't care I'm in tears as I right this

Regarding the damp we have had a damp company go to your property, they have advised that the damp at the property is condensation which should be managed by you, condensation is formed when the building is not heated and ventilated correctly, I am happy to discuss further with you. You have given notice to move out of the property, as per the tenancy agreement it states you will allow prospective tenants to view the property during the last month, we appreciate that tenants work and all we were asking was for days and times you would be available to show people around in order for the property to be re-let for the landlord.
