Do not rent a property from this lettings company as they speak to and treat tenants like dirt. The worst lettings company in the UK in my opinion

After making an appointment to view a house, we arrived early to find no one there being told our appointment was 15 minutes earlier than I had been told over the phone when we declined to come back again on a different day I was spoken to so rudely by Heidi saying "you obviously don't like the house that much" not a professional way to speak to anyone avoid selling your house through these at all costs as I will never look at another house being sold by them no matter how much I like it!!

Terrible service, i requested to view a property. The viewing was reaaranged 3 times and then one day before the 3rd reaaranged viewing appointment it was canceled because they sold the property. 10 days just to be able to view a house, appaulling service. (This was a property they were showing not the vendors)

Really rubbish estate agent. If i could i would give 0 stars Viewed a flat initially and i filled in the application form and paid a deposit. 3 weeks later, i got told the landlord was selling the flat 1 week later, i viewed another flat that they were advertising for rent. A few days later, i got told the landlord put someone else in by taking in a private tenant. Next, i phoned to view another flat. A few hours before the viewing, they told me they havent received the keys from the landlord so i wont be able to view the flat. Why ask me in the first place to arrange a viewing then? Also, they never answer the phone and always cut me off whenever i called I am very dissapointed as a considerable amount of time was wasted by belvoir AVOI AVOID AVOID

The agents I initially dealt with when letting the property were fantastic however now a long standing tenant who never asks for anything. I was left heavily pregnant with a broken washing machine and Penny didn’t even give me the good grace of an update nvm a repair we had to sort it out ourselves out of pocket. Now we have another issue two years later and honestly Penny is as useful as a chocolate teapot not only has she lied about her own actions in relation to the repair, she hangs up on you mid phone call, she almost tarnished the good name of the engineer due to attend, she always says ‘she’ll chase it now and call you back immediately’ it’s been three months and this girl has yet to return a call even once. I bet if I didn’t pay my rent my phone would ring 🤨 Will NEVER use or recommend belvoir again while Penny the shirker is working for them. I have had to submit a formal complaint and I’m still awaiting a repair for a dangerous issue. Do better, it’s literally the job you are paid to do!

Absolutely awful and rude agency. I was interested about property to rent. Successfully I went on a view of the flat. Than I asked for an application form, but they sent me that with wrong initials , so I sent then an email about that . They sent me exactly the same form twice after that. I started to call them. Firstly no one pick up the call. After long ringing finally "gentleman" picked it up. He hung up their phone in the middle of my sentence. This happened three times in one day. Than I send them an email again about what is their problem. In less than 10min the same person called me and he informed me they need my application form, so I explained to him again about wrong initials . He said it doesn't matter. Seriously?! OK, than . I did it and now I am waiting money than three weeks with no response , with no pock up the phone , with no answers to my emails. This is very rude and unprofessional. I don't understand what is their problem? Or if the property is hold for someone special???

Absolutely awful. Only care about taking the rent money. Called several times to report issues. Their handyman agreed that the ceiling was unsafe and at risk of coming down. Belvoir kept stalling having the issues fixed, even though the health visitor got involved and said if the property wasn't fixed up then we would have to move for the health and safety of our children. The issues were never resolved. There was mould in the bedroom that they said was treated before we moved in but wasn't qnd so many more issues! In the end we had to move as the property wasn't safe for the children. Penny who dealt with this at the time was not helpful at all, never called back and always Avoided dealing with any issues. Avoid at all costs, worst estate agents ever!
