I'm a current tenant of a Belvoir! managed property in Sedgley and I am appalled at the lack of customer service that I have received following (yet another) issue with the property. I returned home from work late last night to find that the lock to the outer door was broken, meaning I could not gain access to my home. I called the emergency number 3 times to try and report the issue....it is now 11 hours later and I've still not received a call back and still have not been able to enter my home, causing both stress and additional costs. I have tried calling the office today but no one picks up. I've never experienced such a total lack of competency.NegativeResponsiveness
