As a landowner they collect the rent and deal with maintenance issues for me. They usually respond to phone calls promptly. They deal with the tenants and resolve many issues without needing to involve me. I used them to sell a house recently and it all went smoothly. I had a very good experience with Belvoir throughout the whole process, they have kept me updated. The process was longer than expected but the Belvoir supported me through out. I commend the Belvoir Estate agent and I will go back again.
