Fantastic experience with Maddisons Residential
We recently sold our house with Maddisons, and we are so grateful that we chose them. They managed every aspect of the sale for us with great care, from initial valuation and advice, right through to the day we moved out.
They were professional and reliable as well as being friendly and approachable.
We were impressed by how quickly we were updated after each viewing, and also by how patient and accommodating they were when we needed things done in a certain way, because we have children with disabilities.
We can’t rate them highly enough.

Wonderful experience as a buyer
Recently purchased a home on with Maddisons and I have been so impressed by them. From the video walk throughs of their properties, which really support the purchase decision, through to the service of Jane Lewis who supports and chases both sides and solicitors through the process and keeps everyone up to date. What a fabulous agent! Maddisons really know what they’re doing. From the initial acceptance of our offer right through to exchange and completion, we could not have asked for a more comprehensive service.

Jane Lewis worked hard to keep the probate sale on track and helped to broker agreement about the terms of the sale. In comparison with another agent in connection with an aborted purchase, I thought Jane was very transparent and even-handed in her dealings with us, had a good grasp of the issues and was very accommodating when we needed access. Both I & my husband have sold & bought several properties in our lifetimes but the experience of selling through Maddisons was exceptionally good, (as it was, we gather, for the buyers of our cottage) - definitely better for us than with previous agents.
The members of the team with whom we had direct involvement, Jane & Muge, were fully supportive & helpful - & particularly Karen, who gave us so much of her time & expertise. Nothing was too much trouble for her!
We thank them all for guiding us through the whole process (which became quite lengthy...) to a successful conclusion.
