We received exceptional service from Deborah and the sales team. Not only did they identify suitable purchasers at a good price within a week of our house going on the market but we were then kept well informed during the legal and due diligence process so we never felt that we didn't know what was happening and when we could expect to exchange and complete. This was our first house move in nearly 40 years but it all went incredible smoothly thanks to Maddisons.

As a self employed family with Universal Credit top up, proving affordability has always been tricky. At Maddisons you don’t hear “there’s nothing we can do”, you hear “well, we got to take you through the referencing somehow”. You’re just instantly at home at Maddisons, there’s trust, anxiety vanishes.
Moving to a new town with small kids cannot be more daunting. From the first contact, all the way through to handing in the keys, and now, a couple of months in, also a very efficient ongoing property management. Pure class! Thank you for making ours the first positive moving experience ever.
