Maddison’s has excelled throughout our house selling process, from the prompt response to our property valuation request, the excellent advice on how to set out the house for potential buyer visits, the production of a professional video walk through, the knowledgeable and enthusiastic representatives who hosted the visits, the guidance and support through the offer process, to the follow through and weekly updates post the offer acceptance. Our initial impression that they offered a service that was different and superior to the other agencies we approached has proved to be the case. Caroline and the team have been amazing. We are currently renting a property with one of their landlords and in the process of moving due to our landlord selling, Caroline has the patience of a saint!
