Moving out of London? Moving to Tunbridge Wells? You will not get a better lettings service anywhere! A family run company, where everyone feels equally important, including us - just a little renter. As a self employed family with Universal Credit top up, proving affordability has always been tricky. At Maddisons you don’t hear “there’s nothing we can do”, you hear “well, we got to take you through the referencing somehow”. You’re just instantly at home at Maddisons, there’s trust, anxiety vanishes. Moving to a new town with small kids cannot be more daunting. From the first contact, all the way through to handing in the keys, and now, a couple of months in, also a very efficient ongoing property management. Pure class! Thank you for making ours the first positive moving experience ever.
