The sale of my home involved quite a few twists and turns, due to reasons beyond the control of Maddisons or myself. However, Karen and team at Maddisons were proactive and super professional throughout in helping get to a great outcome. Very efficient and organised, certainly know their stuff and provide updates and reassurance all the way through the sale/purchase experience. A pleasure to deal with! Even when the UK system has it's challenges, Maddisons were on hand with great tenacity to keep things progressing and reaching a positive outcome.

We were so impressed with the whole team at Maddisons. They are everything that an estate agent should be. Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. We cannot recommend Maddisons highly enough. From the very beginning of the process, their professionalism, communication and attention to detail were exceptional. They worked incredibly hard to secure a suitable tenant who was exceptional, leaving our home in a pristine condition after a 3 year tenancy. We were kept informed at every stage, always responding quickly and proactively to any questions or issues that arose.
What particularly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
