These guys had a property on their books that I wanted to see, however not trusting of estate agents I wanted to see them in person. God knows where their office is but I could not find it. I know I should have been able to but I really couldn't, despite them trying to give me directions. It is somewhere away from the other agents but gave up trying in the end. Ironically I found an alternative property in an estate agents I popped in to get directions from.

Terrible agency, they do not respond, ignore you, they are rude on the phone and cancel appointments with no follow ups. Please don’t waste your time.

Time visiting company in uk Never visit They have wasted 3 month and today my family is without house.

If you are looking to rent with them avoid if possible , they are very good at getting you into the property but thereafter any issue you raise will not be resolved , they don’t communicate, they keep saying the property manager is not around and so many issues , you can imagine renting and over a month down the line you don’t have access to some of the flat things such as simple mail box .

Me and my family were contacting the agency for 2 weeks straight about a specific property, we wrote inquires, we went to the office, we filled out all the necessary forms, and we were chasing up by calling the office, and no one has ever got back to us about the property, and after 2 weeks, we called the office, again, and they said that the property was gone. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from the agency, and the lady on the phone also hung up on me when I tried to find out how the property is gone when we have been chasing for 2 weeks, and haven’t even had the chance to view the property. Lack of professionalism.

Not impressed at all. First time buyer, they've been rather misleading, told me they'd do certain things by a certain time-frame, which never happened and they never even told me they were having a delay. Would not recommend it. Bradley there has a non-serious attitude. Not the type of guy you want to work with when spending hundreds of thousands!!!!!

Was told to come in for viewing for Caroline court at 12:10 been there since 11:50 and the agent just took the next person after me for viewing despite telling her my appointment time. Been waiting in the Rain from 11:50 until 12:25 like an idiot also wasted my time I had to take some time off from work . Waste of time Would not even rate 1 star had to put it to be able to post it

She was present at 11:50am with other applicants during their time slots. She attempted to reach you at 12:16pm as she could not see that you were present at the agreed upon time.
