Not impressed at all. First time buyer, they've been rather misleading, told me they'd do certain things by a certain time-frame, which never happened and they never even told me they were having a delay. Would not recommend it. Bradley there has a non-serious attitude. Not the type of guy you want to work with when spending hundreds of thousands!!!!!

When progressing a sale we are reliant on information from respective solicitors supply to us, and if they don't update us its very difficult to communicate timeframes.
