Very bad service

3 years ago we were in the process of buying our first home, during this process we went to Inspire, who were absolutely awful. On my first viewing of a house they were half an hour late, left me sitting outside the house!! They lied about numerous things, I didn't feel they were ever feeding back my ACTUAL offers to the home owner, all seemed very shady, and very 'back handed'. After questioning the amount I had for a deposit on many occasions, I eventually gave up with Inspire, and bought a house down the road which was bigger and much more expensive. Shame Inspire lost out on the money there! I would definitely not recommended this unprofessional company. I would give no stars, but unfortunately you have to give one.

never let them sell a property that is left in a will - they lie they do not represent the property correctly and are happy to impart the knowledge that beneficiaries just want the money and run so they mark the house well below the market price whatever the condition - never use them for this - we would give it zero stars but it will only post if you give it at least one = be warned this estate agent deserves no stars at all

Allowed access to a third party whilst still living in premises, without us being aware. This is breaking the law. Specific members of staff's correspondence with myself was slow, and rude, followed by a wonderful web of lies! Used fake cleaning company! Needless to say, I won the majority when took a Deposit Dispute Case against them.

We dealt with them for two years and they've been a nightmare, luckily this is over now. Always questioning everything, very laid back when something needs fixed and no flexibility at all. Would definitely not recommend, it's obvious that I won't get their services anymore.

Worst experience with a lettings / estate agency ever. Took money before the contracted date..place is a dump they stalk you for payment even if they got.Poor service don't waste your time !!
