Very mixed bag with Tom. He was very pleasant and helpful when he was signing me up for a tenancy, which I paid in full, but the after care was quite poor. Pre-agreed terms were not met until I pushed for them to be met, and coming towards the end of the tenancy, he seems to be attempting to label enforcement of legally binding terms as "aggressive and childish" and called me a "knob". Definitely a buyer beware situation.

Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: You'd caught me on a really bad day. Fifteen minutes before you called I had been notified that a really good friend in Somerset had died.

A really good piece of software but the company lacks integrity and honesty. We've been using the platform for over a year and trusted the core principle of the review system - where only legitimate reviews are accepted. Unfortunately despite providing evidence of malicious reviews Feefo refused to remove erroneous feedback until we expressed our desire to leave the platform. Suddenly the reviews were taken down... We were then later told, our company had entered into a rolling yearly contract, which was hidden within the t's and c's and not expressed during the cold call sales pitch. So be warned, set a reminder for the yearly renewal, or you'll be out of pocket by thousands of pounds.

Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: Hi James, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologise for any frustration or inconvenience you have encountered. We understand the importance of integrity and honesty in our interactions with clients, and we regret if your experience fell short of your expectations. Our priority is to maintain the credibility and fairness of our review platform while ensuring transparency in our business practices. Regarding the removal of reviews, our team follows a strict process to investigate and address allegations of malicious or erroneous feedback. We apologise if there was any delay or misunderstanding in handling your specific case and appreciate your patience throughout the process. Regarding contract terms, we aim to be transparent about our agreements and communicating the terms of your contract. We value your feedback and will review our procedures to ensure clarity and transparency in all our communications with clients. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to regain your trust as a valued client. Best regards, The Feefo Team

It is very unfortunate I have to give a bad review after a good moving in process. I moved in to a house with jo in January she was very accommodating and very easy to speak to. everything was sorted very quickly with no problems at all and she was very professional. Moving out however has been an absolute nightmare. I began speaking to the agents middle of July to get my deposit back at the end of the month when I moved out. (with the landlords permission and approval). They will just not give my money back, even though I was promised my deposit returned at the start of the month they have promised 4 dates that they will give it back to me and have not done it every time and not even called to let me know. every time I call them up they make an excuse and promise a new date and fail to deliver every time. we are now on the 19th of august and they still have not returned my deposit. its a shame that the standard they give to moving in isn't the same as the aftercare or when you leave the deposit. I am gutted as the team I dealt with at the start where so good. I have been waiting for my money for a month now and especially in this time where money is tight is not fair on the customer at all.

Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: I am so sorry to hear this Dan! I will pass this feedback onto our Lettings Department and if not already resolved will get someone to get in touch with you
