Very mixed bag with Tom. He was very pleasant and helpful when he was signing me up for a tenancy, which I paid in full, but the after care was quite poor. Pre-agreed terms were not met until I pushed for them to be met, and coming towards the end of the tenancy, he seems to be attempting to label enforcement of legally binding terms as "aggressive and childish" and called me a "knob". Definitely a buyer beware situation.
Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: You'd caught me on a really bad day. Fifteen minutes before you called I had been notified that a really good friend in Somerset had died.
