NO SHOW!! on an arranged viewing Totally disgraceful. AVOID! Had booked in a viewing for with "Ryan" Q2 1bed flat for 12:00 30/09 Reading 11:50 arrived 10 min early, no one at the buzzer. 12:10 call received that "Josh would be there in a moment" 12:20 called again and was informed by "Ben" that Josh was inside and he would come down (complete lie) 12:30 called to say I'm leaving..And that they missed a solid buyer... Total of 1 hour wasted.....disgraceful!! This is no way to conduct viewings or serious buyers.. Totally bad service and even if I liked it I would have been put off by Prospect management you need to avoid scenarios like this farce today.... Please speak to "Ben & Josh".. to see how they can improve and avoid... Will be avoiding in future

The staff were really polite but the actual service they provided was terrible. My experience with Prospects has a been horrific and I've lost alot of money. Would not recommend. Or let's hope they have improved since.

I have been with Prospect as a property management company for my rental for two years. It has been a constant hell of lack of communication, delays in providing repairs, lame excuses, 6 agents changed in 2 years and finally a totally dishonest deposit claim with blatant lies and inflated quotes. Very dishonest company to avoid at all costs.

High prices, for poor managed properties: The agency has quite high prices, which don't correspond to the quality of service they provide. They have a poor management of the properties, they fail by giving you all the keys of the property when you move in, they also fail by providing a clean property before the moving date, even if you requested in advance. Whenever there is an issue with the property, it can take weeks of going after them, before they even respond to these. Don't recommend it at all.

There has to be a way to report these fraudulent and incompetent agencies, I asked them before I moved in to get my ceiling and mirror painted and replaced, still I am waiting 2 months after I moved in. I cannot believe these people are allowed to operate when they make promises they cannot keep. It is the estate agents and the landlords responsibility that all agreed on work is done to a property, not put it off for months on end on the hope that the tenant will give up on it.

I wish I could go for 0. What a sub level service you get. Went 6months no heating downstairs of house so couldn't use lounge during winter and had to dress like a sumo if I needed yo stay there for long. Always blaming 1 thing or another. Took our money quickly but since moving 1 month ago still waiting on deposits. So much for that guarantee. And if you need to speak to property manager better be ready Chacewater up your chase up. Poor

The worst estate agent I've ever come across. They fully manage my property and struggle to perform the most basic tasks to maintain the property. It has now taken over 2 months and they still haven't fixed the shower. I really can't recommend against them strongly enough. No property is good enough or cheap enough to put up with this company.

Without doubt the worst estate agent I have ever come across. We wasted 9 months trying to sell our apartment through them, with three sales falling through. Arrogant, incompetent and unhelpful staff, more interested in their commissions than serving their clients. The only redeeming feature of this agency is their lettings team who are very good indeed.

They are only good when it comes to taking your cash. When it comes to actually assisting you with the missing fridge in the tenancy or a needed invoice they will simply ignore your queries. If you just want to arrange the paperwork fast and get the house fast - yeah they can do that. If you want to actually receive support for anything which does not involve paying them up - good luck! The Tenancy manager will never pick up the phone and will always send a very blunt e-mail...whenever she will find the time to do so.
