The worst experience in my life , awful agency they are thieves , took all my deposit with lies , the bungalow was better then when I received, absolutely disgusting , be aware of this people

Apparently did not like the house after viewing is not a reason good enough for them. They want a big list of things we did not like. Lettings team person rudely asked if we had seen pictures online before coming. Zero professionalism, this is our second bad experience with Prospect. I had to hang up the phone because he kept asking for more and more reasons for rejection as if he is going to change the house for us. Also he said there is a lot of interest on the house to rush us with our decision.

There needs to be some restructuring. You never deal with one person, someone different contacts you every time or answers and wants to help you. Creates a broken telephone affect and confusion builds with everyone. If you give a deadline to your offer the manager calls you back, gets offensive and accuses you of putting the property on ransom, which did not make sense. So yes the place needs to chill out, have one person deal with one client & the manager needs a dictionary and possibly an education in customer service and learning to lower tensions rather than raise them.

First gave me the wrong address to come and then the person I was in touch for viewing was very rude.

Had to ask 4 times for a viewing at one flat. Agent left us outside for 20 minutes with no information and wouldn't reply to calls or messages. The next 2 appointments turned up in that time so agent forced all 4 of us to go around at once. Flat wasn't even that good.

Really bad experience. We put an offer on a house that was for sale, no acknowledgment of it from Prospect. We then called them, the person who took the offer was not in the office, but again didn’t bother to call back. Followed up with another email, no response! Really bad customer service! No idea if they even took our offer to the vendor or if our offer was just used to get a better offer.

Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.

I'm not sure where to start... It looks like most of the good reviews on here are to do with sales, but my experience with renting a property with this agency has been very poor. On our move in day we arrived at the property and were shocked to discover that it wasn't ready. Decorators had only just left and it was dirty. Also, there was no hot water, no working freezer, a broken fridge, 2 broken leaking taps. It wasn't livable, so we had to return to our previous flat for 1 more night. They did apologise for their failings, but the numerous issues with the flat took a while to resolve and some are still outstanding. What compounded the issue was that our official complaint was completely ignored for 2 months, despite several attempts to get a response. Only when it was escalated further was it looked at. I can only hope that our experience was a one off, and that if you rent a property through this agency you have a significantly better experience than we did.
