DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Gave Prospect one star as I couldn't give it none. Believe the reviews, they are appalling. The service is no existent, the properties are poor, the rent is ridiculous and service charges daylight robbery. The staff quite literally don't know their arm from the ****hole and will do ANYTHING to mug you off. We've had personal experience of how bad Prospect can be - DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! The abominable snowman, Santa Claus or even Geoffrey the giraffe from Toys 'R' Us - they'll do a better job. Jokes aside, they really are the worst in Berkshire, if not the UK. AVIOD!

Avoid renting, selling, buying from Prospect. The staff are the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever come across. The MD ought to reevaluate his business and sort out the moron's he's hiring!

Never ever go with this Estate Agent and you'll enjoy life more.

Absolutely useless, they failed to vet the landlords (funny how they're so keen on vetting tenants), failed completely to ensure that the landlords were able and willing to meet their responsibilities under the Landlord and Tenant Act (6 months wait was average for repairs, including 6 months over winter to replace a bedroom window frame that couldn't be closed after it rotted to bits, 6 or 7 months beginning on day one of the tenancy to replace a faulty cooker hob, 3 months to get Uncle Bodger around to make patio doors watertight). We're still awaiting the electrician to make the installation good or safe after a brief inspection at the beginning of the tenancy pointed out numerous possibly dangerous bodges contravening the Wiring Regulations. Still awaiting making good the fire stopping between the integral garage and the house interior. I won't go into the many minor issues that they were totally unwilling to resolve. About to move out and they refuse to give a reference until we've paid "arrears" which were in fact withholding rent under the terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act (as advised by our solicitor: read it, it DOES give the right to as redress for failure to maintain the property) and they've carried out a full inspection despite the place being in chaos and full of boxes and the fact that their own inspector advised that it wasn't in a fit condition for rental at the beginning of the tenancy (luckily we still have the .pdf inspector's report, or they'd be after keeping our deposit, I'm sure). Staff agree to be a point of contact but fail to inform you that they'll in fact be leaving for a nice holiday that evening, leaving emails and phone calls unanswered, every time another answers the phone they have to go through all the details again, as though there's no contact or communication between staff. We dealt with the Camberley office, but they appear to be tarred withthe same brush as all their other branches. They have the cheek to call themselves "managing" agents - couldn't manange a panic in a sinking submarine, in my opinion. All in all, a very, very disappointing experience, will be complaining to ARLA, the toothless "standards" body and probably should have commenced legal proceedings / reported to Environmental Health. It seems I have to give at least one star, I wish I could give none.

We lived almost a year in the house with mould in 2 bedrooms and bathroom, Collapsed fence and so on. Nightmare never again ill deal with this agency....

WEll I have been renting for 15 years and have had some awful service but this company takes the biscuit. 1 - they are slow to respond to any but the most simple queries (4 weeks to provide landlord contact details) 2 - They Lie, lie lie. I was told the property i am in would be unfurnished when i arrived there was 2 beds, shelves, side board, chairs, table etc etc etc.... 3 - They Lie, I was stood up numerous times when trying to view their properties 4 - They are the MOST expensive company I have ever come accross 5 - They dont provide any reasonable level of after sales service I have never come across more of a slopey shouldered company EVER, Romans are 100 times better and cover a very similar area. I would also recomend turbervilles in uxbridge

Front start to finish it was ridiculous!! They didn't know things about the flat, garden, parking, garage.. Even the landlord was disappointed and wished he never used them... then when it came to have thew deposit returned it was like getting a tax rebate from the government!! I will never recommend them and I hope that other people do not get stung by then.. I feel sorry for the employee's!! Again do research before you use them and I mean any of them! I wish I could give them zero but it wouldn't publish :(

Worst I have ever seen. Rent a house from them. They never reply the email if I have any question. Feel sick about this agent. Lots of thing that make me sick that I even don't want to mention. In the end, I decide to buy a house instead of renting a house. I saw a pretty good house in the market and very interested in it. But after I saw the the sale was organized by Prospects, I just ignore the house and switch to Romans. I even don't wanna give one star. Get away from it if you can.
