There needs to be some restructuring. You never deal with one person, someone different contacts you every time or answers and wants to help you. Creates a broken telephone affect and confusion builds with everyone. If you give a deadline to your offer the manager calls you back, gets offensive and accuses you of putting the property on ransom, which did not make sense. So yes the place needs to chill out, have one person deal with one client & the manager needs a dictionary and possibly an education in customer service and learning to lower tensions rather than raise them.
