It is surprising how much you can save using our services, for example the average house price in England and Wales is £190,000 and if we take the conservative average commission price of 1.5% +vat the average cost of selling your home through a local agency is £3,420. A House Network we do not believe in varying prices and charge one fixed fee for all of £699. For anyone this works out as a significant saving.
